Designed by Enduro Bearings, the 63800 LLU MAX is an extra-wide, high-performance radial bearing specifically engineered for mountain bike suspension pivots. With a 35-40% higher load capacity than standard bearings, it features a unique MAX design that incorporates the maximum number of balls using custom-ground race slots, ensuring superior support under twisting and multi-directional forces. This ABEC-3 rated bearing boasts deep-groove raceways, Grade 10 balls, and full-contact double-lip labyrinth seals (LLU) for optimal protection against dirt, water, and debris, while maintaining 90% fill of high-pressure Almagard grease for longevity. Its wide profile significantly reduces flex in suspension linkages, making it ideal for mountain bike pivot points. Available in various materials including high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid, and XD-15, all equipped with ceramic or stainless steel balls.
